Video Assist Store is a webshop run by Video Assist Sweden AB. This is a place where we offer products that we have carefully selected and also use ourselves to make our own life on set easier. Beside products made by others we also offer products that we have designed and produced ourselves. We believe that if you start from yourself when you create something, it is also likely that someone else will find it useful.

will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Video Assist Sweden AB, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Video Assist Sweden AB
PRICE / TAXES / DELIVERY
All prices is shown without VAT. 25% VAT applies to all products. Upon checkout you can review the total price including all fees, taxes and shipping. If ordering as a company with a European VAT number, choose "offline payment" to apply reverse VAT on your invoice. Pre payment is required on all international orders.
Some products are "Made to order" which means that they are custom products and will be put together after you have placed your order. Usually this delivery times range from 1-3 weeks but can, in rare cases, be even longer. Contact us to get a specified delivery time. This expected delivery time is additional to the shipping method you have chosen.
Items that are shown to be in stock might have longer delivery times if the amount in stock happened to run out during the time you placed your order.
Unexpected delay in delivery or damage caused by the transport company will Video Assist Sweden AB not be held responsible for.
In case Video Assist Sweden AB has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Video Assist Sweden AB have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Video Assist Sweden AB.
Video Assist Sweden AB guarantees that all cables are wired for their intended original product and has been tested before delivery. However, any missuse causing the clients equipment any damage will not Video Assist Sweden AB be responsible for. The cables may be compatible with other products that share the same connector type and polarity (See chart below) This use can Video Assist Sweden AB not be held responsible for.

We use FedEx and DHL for domestic and international shipping.
In addition we use Postnord for shipping within Scandinavia. Shipping courier is decided when your order is being processed.
If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please choose "OFFLINE PAYMENT" in checkout and write a note to your order.
Video Assist Sweden AB's and related webshop Video Assist Store.com return period is 14 days, counted from the day you receive your delivery.
Video Assist Sweden AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to make a return. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product. Video Assist Sweden AB will pay to send replacement products and/or services. In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the full purchase. If you have purchased a customized product or a product with a significant personal customization, the purchase can't be canceled after you have received your order confirmation.
YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR OUR RETURN POLICY IF:
The products you purchased was a custom build / design
or Made to order" and not a standard stock item.
The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.
Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.
WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT OR SERVICE
You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered.
If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Returning a product is to be done on your expense, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD (Cash on delivery). In case of a trade, Video Assist Sweden AB will pay for the delivery of the replacement product.
Do not send any products in return before you have received a comfirmation stating that the products can be returned.
Your personal data is stored in accordance to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will be deleted from our register after one (1) year of inactivity. You have the right to know what information Video Assist Sweden AB have registered about you and you may request a complete list of your registered data and information on how it is used. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have us correct or delete your information. Third party companies will get access to your submitted data only for keeping customer register, invoicing, and bookholding.
Your data will never be given to any third party for marketing purposes.
Online payment is handled completely by PayPal and we do not get access to any data about your PayPal account and/or credit card when using this method for payment.
We strongly recommend that you do not include any sensitive personal data in the contact form on our website.

Collecting these statistics, we can make our visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral).

3D PRINTED PARTS
We use 3D printing as a production method to produce high quality and strong composite products using a filament called "Onyx".
This is a carbon fiber-nylon that can be reinforced with fiberglass or carbon fiber to achieve a strength-to-weight ratio compared to aluminum. 3D printing does also allow us to offer more affordable parts and products that have a faster turnaround time compared to machining parts in small quantities.
All our products that contains 3D printed parts comes with a
3-year warranty on the printed part. If the 3D printed part in your product cracks, warps or fails for any reason, we will replace the defective printed part for free.
Please note that 3D printed parts will never have the same finish as, for example, an injection molded part due to the nature of the 3D printing process where plastic is laid out layer by layer.
All equipment that is sold as a "used item" has been tested and are in a fully working condition. The item might have marks and/or other visible traces of use. Items with a conditions class "As new" has been used very little and has very few (if any at all) marks, scratches or other traces of wear.
Any pictures of the item on the product page is guaranteed to be a picture of the actual item(s) for sale. Contact us to request more detailed pictures.
The unit comes with no guarantee unless the item still isn't covered by any warranty from the manufacturer.
As a customer you have the same rights for returns as all other products we sell according to our returns policy.
